Happy Birthday Jimin: Here are some lesser known facts about the BTS star

Member of K-pop band BTS Jimin turns 26 today, and the ARMY is celebrating the big day with much fervour.
Fans have been flooding the Internet with wishes for Jimin.

Jimin made his debut with the song 'No More Dream' in 2013, he has given numerous hits with BTS such as 'Lie', 'Promise', 'Serendipity' among others.

Ahead of his birthday, an Indian BTS fan group, Bangtan India, raised over ₹1.5 lakh fund to donate towards a cause.  The funds will be donated to Habitat for Humanity India, a non-profit organisation that provides affordable shelter, sanitation and housing facilities for those in need. 

Here are some fun facts about the singer that you probably didn't know.

1. Jimin is the person every BTS member talks to, when they are feeling low. The Bangtan boys have often spoken about how Jimin is their go-to person.

2. Jimin was once asked about what he would like to steal from his fellow band members, he said, he wanted to steal V’s talent, J-Hope’s cleanliness, RM’s height and Suga’s diverse knowledge.

4. Not many fans know that Jimin is a Bollywood lover. He once said that he watched the film, '3 Idiots' without a clue about how popular the film was in South Korea.

5. Jimin is a true animal lover. He was asked which superpower would he love to have, and he said that he would love to have the power to talk to animals.

6. Initially, Jimin was considering the stage names Baby J and Kid, but he decided to stick with his real name Park Jimin.
