Harpreet, Rahul help Punjab Kings stun Virat Kohli's Royal Challengers Bangalore

With their backs against the wall, Punjab Kings roared and stunned Royal Challengers Bangalore by 34 runs on Friday night in Ahmedabad. After being asked to bat first, Punjab posted 179/5 powered by skipper KL Rahul's stunning 91* off 57 balls. Chris Gayle too chipped in with a solid 46 followed by Harpreet Brar's quickfire 25. In reply, the famed batting line up crumbled as the spin twins Ravi Bishnoi and Harpreet Brar took 5 wickets to put RCB on the mat. Harpreet Brar dismissed Virat Kohli & Glenn Maxwell in successive deliveries followed by AB de Villiers to turn the game around for Punjab. The Kings won the match by 34 runs, 3rd win of the series as this was the 3rd loss for RCB in IPL 2021
