The Delhi High Court on Monday asked the AAP government whether sufficient number of ICU beds are vacant for non-COVID patients. The court also sought a response on how the Delhi government planned to compensate private hospitals asked to make ICU beds available for COVID patients. The court posed the questions while issuing notice to the Centre and the Association of Healthcare Providers seeking their stand on Delhi government's plea that challenged its order staying the reservation of 80 per cent ICU beds for COVID-19 patients.
