Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik on Saturday said the detailed order of the Bombay High Court on Aryan Khan's bail application corroborated his claim that Shah Rukh Khan's son was kidnapped for ransom.

Malik's comment came after a detailed bail order was released on Saturday saying that there was no positive evidence to prove that Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmum Dhamecha were involved in drug-related offences.

The NCP leader tweeted that it was pre-planned but a selfie circulated on social media foiled the plan. He was referring to case witness KP Gosavi's selfie with Aryan Khan after the raid by Narcotics Control Bureau in October.

Earlier, Nawab Malik had claimed that Aryan Khan never purchased the tickets to the cruise party and that he was brought there by two others. He has accused BJP leader Mohit Khamboj and NCB officer Sameer Wankhede of being partners in the plan.
