How a pair of goggles is helping diagnose vertigo

According to a new study published in the Journal of Neurology, diagnosing and treating vertigo may become simpler. Researchers have developed a pair of goggles that can measure a person's eye movement during an episode of vertigo sensation, and detect the type of the condition. The study involved researchers giving 117 participants a pair of video-oculography goggles that recorded uncontrolled eye movements that accompany vertigo.
