Hybe Labels announces new label under current CBO called 'Ador'

Hybe is establishing a brand-new label to be helmed by its Chief Brand Officer Min Heejin. On Friday, Hybe announced that they would be launching a new independent label named Ador. Min Heejin, who was formerly a creative director and board member at SM entertainment before joining Hybe in 2019, will be the label’s CEO.

Ador is currently preparing to debut a new girl group in 2022. Ador, which will be run independently from Hybe with its own unique philosophy and style, will also be attempting new business ventures that have not yet been tackled by its parent company.

Hybe is the parent company of BigHit Music which manages K-pop super-groups BTS and TXT, Pledis Entertainment who manage Seventeen and Nu'est, Koz which was founded by K-Hip Hop artist Zico, BeLift Labels which manages 'I-Land' winners Enhypen, Hybe Japan, Hybe America which was announced after the buy out with Ithaca early in 2021 and Source Entertainment.
