Global real estate firm JLL just released the seventh edition of its City Momentum Index and Hyderabad has topped the list as the 'world's most dynamic city'. Bengaluru bagged the second spot and Delhi stood at the sixth position. According to the index, an active real estate market helped Hyderabad claim the top spot. It's urban infrastructure, improved micro mobility and a great footprint of tech giants, give it an edge over the other cities.
