15-year-old dies in Andhra Pradesh after classmates burn him alive

A 15-year-old boy was burnt alive allegedly by his classmates in  Andhra Pradesh's Bapatla district. Uppala Amarnath, a student of Class 10, was on his way to tuition at around 7 in the morning when his classmate Venkateshwar Reddy and others poured petrol on him and set him on fire, according to the police. 

Hearing his screams, locals immediately put out the fire and rushed him to the hospital but he died of serious burn injuries on the way.

The police said the teenager named three people including Venkateshwar Reddy when we was being taken to the hospital. The police have detained all three.  The reason for the attack is being ascertained.
