All India Pasmanda Muslim Mahaz or AIPMM has released a report claiming that 95% of the victims of mob lynching and excesses by government bulldozers belong to the Pasmanda community.

The report was prepared on the basis of recently released Bihar caste survey.

The AIPMM demanded a strict law against mob lynching and "bulldozer culture".

It said that the Collector and SP of the district where such an incident occurs should be made accountable for it. It also demanded compensation and a job for the victim's kin.

The report also seeks reservation for Pasmanda Muslims in private sectors, citing their poor socio-economic conditions.

The report also criticised RSS, BJP and AIMIM. “We consider the politics of the RSS, BJP and AIMIM to be complementary to each other,” says the report.
