Delhi Airport on January 17 reported delays in flight operations affecting around 120 flights, including both domestic and international arrivals and departures due to dense fog.

According to Delhi Airport Flight Information Display System, a total of 53 flights including 21 domestic arrivals, 16 domestic departures, 13 international departures and 3 international arrivals scheduled were cancelled.

The national capital woke up to yet another chilling morning as the minimum temperature dropped to 4 degrees Celsius.

For the past several days, the Delhi airport has witnessed flight delays causing inconvenience to the air passengers.

Days ago, a passenger struck a pilot of an IndiGo flight over delay.

In another incident, stranded flyers were seen sitting on the tarmac of the Mumbai airport after a Goa-Delhi flight was diverted.
