The administration of Gautam Buddha district, which includes Noida and Greater Noida, has ordered discontinuing physical classes from pre-school to Class 9 up to November 10 in view of the poor air quality.

All schools have been asked to conduct classes in online mode.

They have been ordered to follow the implementation of the Graded Responses Action Plan Stage 4 to curb pollution.

Primary schools in Gurugram and Faridabad have also been shut due to the worsening pollution situation.
