Andhra Pradesh assembly polls result: Naidu's TDP well on its way to dethrone YSRCP

The ruling YSRCP is headed for a shocking defeat, as BJP and its coalition partners—TDP and Jana Sena—are on their way to sweep the Andhra Pradesh assembly elections. 

According to early trends shown by the Election Commission, Chandrababu Naidu's TDP is leading in 130 out of the 175 assembly seats, while Pawan Kalyan's Jana Sena is leading in 20 seats and BJP in 7 seats. 

Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy's YSRCP, which stormed to power in 2019 by winning 151 seats, is leading only in 18 seats this time.
