Bhilawal Bhutto says Pak to resume ties with India only if it reviews Article 370; EAM responds

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar addressed a press conference after the SCO Foreign Ministers' meeting held in Panaji, Goa and called out Bilawal Bhutto over Pakistan's double standards
on terrorism.

The minister slammed Bhutto for raking up the issue of scrapping Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir during a special conversation with India Today on Friday. 

Responding to Bhutto's remark, EAM said 'Article 370 is history, wake up and smell the coffee'

Besides, the Indian minister tore into Pakistan and said it is "a promoter, justifier and spokesperson of a terrorism industry which is the mainstay of Pakistan, his positions were called out and countered" including at the meeting.
