Bulldozer action in Nuh: shanties on 'illegally occupied' land razed

More than 250 shanties on allegedly illegally occupied government land were razed in Haryana's Tauru, 20 kms from violence-hit Nuh. According to news reports, the police claimed that Bangladeshi immigrants had built houses on government land. News reports stated that the police have claimed that many people involved in July 31 violence in Nuh were from the settlement.
