Congress leader Rahul Gandhi was among several party leaders who were detained by Delhi Police as they gathered outside the Parliament building at Vijay Chowk.
The Congress leaders including MPs were protesting the Enforcement Directorate's summons to party President Sonia Gandhi in the money laundering case linked to the National Herald newspaper.
