Delhi: documentary filmmaker left bleeding on road after accident, people take pictures

A 30-year-old man in Delhi died after his motorbike collided with another bike at a traffic signal in South Delhi. The man was Piyush Pal, a documentary filmmaker and he succumbed to his injuries at a hospital. 

This accident took place on October 28 at around 10 pm and it was captured on a nearby CCTV camera. In the video, it can be seen that the filmmaker was changing lanes when his bike was hit by another bike that was coming from behind. 

Police said that they found Piyush Pal lying in a pool of blood and was immediately taken to the hospital where he died during the treatment. 

Piyush Pal's friend said that he would have been alive if the passersby helped him. Pal's friend said that no one helped him as he was lying on the side of the road for 20 minutes while people gathered around him to click pictures. Moreover, Pal's phone and GoPro camera were also stolen.
