Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has written to the Enforcement Directorate saying the agency's summons in the excise policy case is illegal.

According to the Aam Aadmi Party, Kejriwal has, however, told the central agency that he is ready to answer it and sought a date after 12th March. The party said that Kejriwal would  attend the hearing via video conferencing.

The party's statement comes after the ED asked Kejriwal to appear before it on 4th March.
