Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi has summoned Aam Aadmi Party leader Atishi in the defamation case filed by BJP leader Praveen Shankar Kapoor over 'MLA's poaching remark'.

The court has asked Atishi to appear before it on June 29.

Kapoor, who is Delhi BJP's Media head has alleged that all the charges levelled by Atishi against the Bharatiya Janata Party are baseless.

The development comes after Atishi, in April, during a presser claimed that she was being pressured to switch side or face the Enforcement Directorate (ED) action within a month.

Additionally, the AAP leader alleged that the probe agency was planning to arrest Durgesh Pathak, and Raghav Chadha.

Atishi's allegations came in close heels of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's arrest on March 21 by the probe agency in now scrapped liqour policy scam case.
