A minor was picked up by the Delhi Police after Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora received a threatening email on Thursday morning.

Indian Express newspaper, quoting police sources, reported on Friday that the commissioner received the email on his official ID about a bomb planted at a school near Nangloi railway station.

Since the email came a day after a similar one was sent to more than 150 schools in Delhi-NCR, the commissioner's staff immediately directed the Special Cell and Crime Branch to probe the matter.

The juvenile was identified after the police approached Google to get details. The minor was picked up from his house in Outer Delhi.

According to reports, the police are questioning him and trying to ascertain his exact age after verifying documents.
