Former Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao hospitalised after fall: report

Former Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has reportedly been hospitalised after suffering a fall.

According to news agency ANI, the incident occurred in Rao's farmhouse in Erravalli on the night of December 7.

The Bharat Rashtra Samithi chief has been admitted to the Yashoda Hospital in Hyderabad.

The incident comes days after he stepped down as chief minister after suffering a defeat at the hand of Congress.

Bagging 65 seats in the 119-member assembly, Congress dislodged the two-term BRS government headed by Rao.
