Haryana chief secretary seeks details on long-term contractual staff

Haryana's Chief Secretary Sanjeev Kaushal has instructed all administrative secretaries and department heads to provide immediate information regarding contractual employees serving in Groups B, C, and D for durations ranging from 5 to 10 years.

In a letter issued by the Chief Secretary's office, the Human Resource Department has been directed to provide relevant information within a week through special messengers.

The specified proforma seeks details of the total number of contractual employees with service periods exceeding 7 years but less than 10 years. Similarly, details are also requested for those contractual employees with service periods of more than 5 years but less than 7 years.

Furthermore, the letter emphasizes the need to categorize such contractual employees who have worked for more than 10 years in Groups B, C, and D.
