Haryana CM approves over Rs 20 crore for ODR road improvement in Safidon, Jind

In a significant step towards enhancing connectivity and facilitating seamless transportation across Haryana, the Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has granted administrative approval for Improvement of ODR’s Roads in Safidon, Jind.

 This project encompasses the improvement of ODR’s at an estimated cost of Rs. 20.10 crore.

The roads serving rural areas of production and providing them with outlet to market centres, tehsil headquarters, block development headquarters, railway stations etc. are known as Other District Roads (ODRs).

Giving more information in this regard, an official spokesperson declared that those projects include special repair and improvement of spanning 4.33 km road from Jamni Retoli to Bania Khera to Teli Khera in Jind District with an estimated budget of Rs. 2.52 crore, Widening and strengthening of Bhuslana to Didwara road at Safidon in Jind spanning 3 km with an estimated cost of Rs. 2 crore, Special repair of Ludana to Nizampur road in Jind spanning 1.53 km at an estimated cost of Rs. 1.10 crore, Dhairath to Raichandwala Road in Jind Distt spanning 3.62 km at an estimated cost of Rs. 1.74 crore, Ratta Khera to Singhpura road spanning 2.10 km with an estimated cost Rs. 1.11 crore.
