Haryana notifies promotion of new logo and tagline for Lok Sabha elections 2024

Haryana Chief Electoral Officer, Sh. Anurag Agarwal stated that the Election Commission of India has launched the logo and tagline “Chunav Ka Parv, Desh Ka Garv” for the forthcoming Lok Sabha 2024 elections for a multi-media campaign.

 He said it should be promoted and broadcast on all print media, channels, social media handles, WhatsApp groups, and department websites.

 
Agarwal is conducting daily review meetings regarding the preparations for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. It was informed in the meeting that the Election Commission has directed all Chief Electoral Officers of states to widely popularise the logo. 

Apart from this, the logo should be displayed on merchandise, department presentations, election-related materials, and notice boards. Agarwal directed the officers to advertise and broadcast the tagline and logo through print advertisements, posters, banners, and radio spots.

It was also informed in the meeting that the Election Branch of the Haryana Chief Secretary's Office has issued a notification to all Administrative Secretaries, Heads of Departments, Managing Directors of Boards, Corporations and Public Undertakings, Divisional Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, Vice Chancellors and Registrars of Universities regarding using the logo and tagline.

 A circular has been issued regarding running an awareness campaign in this regard.
