Bhiwani 'double murder' | 2 groups of 'cow vigilantes' involved in case; drove for 20 hrs: report

Latest information as per police sources in the Bhiwani 'double murder' case say, two groups of 'cow vigilantes' were involved in the murder of Junaid and Nasir, residents of Rajasthan's Bharatpur. Theirburnt bodies were found in a SUV in Haryana on Feb 17, NDTV reported. 

As per the report, the first group beat Junaid and Nasir and took them to police for arrest on charges of cow smuggling, but after the police refused to arrested them as they were badly injured due to beating, the second group stepped and took over the situation. 

Citing police sources, the NDTV report said, the second group then took both men in the car, drove for 20 hours, around 200kms throught districts of Haryana, and possibly killed them somewhere on the way before disposing their bodies in Bhiwani.
