Another bomb-scare gripped Delhi just days after a bag full of explosives was found at a flower market. In the latest instance, two unattended bags were spotted in east Delhi's Trilokpuri, just a week before the 73rd Republic Day celebrations.

However, police reportedly said that only a laptop, a charger, and a water bottle were found in the two bags. Police had cordoned off the area and launched an investigation after receiving a call about the bags.

On January 14, a 3 kg crude bomb was found at the Ghazipur flower market in the national capital. Police had said that the explosive device aimed at causing maximum damage. The bomb was disposed of in a controlled explosion inside an 8-foot pit.
