Demolition of suspended BJP leader's 'illegal hotel' in Madhya Pradesh amid Jagdish Yadav murder anger

An allegedly illegal hotel belonging to a suspended BJP leader was demolished in Madhya Pradesh on 3 January 2023.

The structure belonged to Mishrichand Gupta who is an accused in the murder case of Jagdish Yadav, who was allegedly killed in Sagar on the intervening night of 22 and 23 December 2022.

The victim had had an argument with Mishrichand Gupta's family following which he was allegedly beaten up and also crushed under a 4-wheeler.
