Jaipur was jolted in the early hours of July 21 as three earthquakes struck the area in the span of half an hour.
There were no immediate reports of loss of lives or property after the three moderately strong quakes.
The first temblor hit at 4:09 am and measured 4.4 on the Richter Scale. The second quake struck 13 minutes later and had a lower magnitude of 3.1. The third earthquake occurred just 3 minutes later, with a slightly higher magnitude of 3.4.
Vikas, a resident of Jaipur, told news agency ANI, "It was a long tremor. Everyone in the family woke up at the same time. No one was injured."
