A BJP Member of Parliament sat on protest in Rajasthan after claiming that mining mafia in the state tried to kill her, but police are not paying heed. BJP MP from Bharatpur Ranjeeta Koli claimed that her car was attacked by mining mafia.

While on her way from Delhi, Koli says she spotted around 150 overloaded trucks. When she tried to stop them, they fled, and allegedly pelted stones at her car to stop her.
