In a horrific case, a man murdered his wife's lover and allegedly chopped his body in several pieces in Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad, according to NDTV.
As per the report, the accused Meelal Prajapati found out about his wife's involvement with a man named Akshay who had visited Meelal's home when he was away. Akshay spilled hot tea on Meelal's daughter's feet due to which she suffered burn injuries, the report said quoting a police official.
As Meelal took his daughter to the hospital, he asked his wife to call Akshay for help with the house chores. After Akshay arrived, Meelal slit his throat and chopped his body to hide evidence, the report added.
Some body parts were spotted by locals at a garbage dump who informed the cops and the grisly murder came to light.
