A man named Ayush Kejriwal has claimed that Vistara Airlines 'left his blind mother behind' alone on the flight and did not take responsibility for its action.

According to NDTV, the man shared his experience on Instagram and alleged that despite opting for an assisted travel plan for his mother, she was not assisted or helped and left alone in the flight in Kolkata.

He further said, his mother was told to wait to deboard, but seemingly the crew forgot about her. It was only after a cleaning staff informed the airline staff about her and she was helped.

Following this, the airlines apologised to the complainant.
