As Delhi is facing a heatwave for the past 2-3 weeks, a Delhi auto driver has come up with an innovative idea and has taken an environmental-friendly move by converting his auto rooftop into a little garden.

Mahendra Kumar who is driving an auto-rickshaw for the past 3 decades decided to grow some plants on the rooftop of his auto which helps him and as well as the passengers stay cool in the vehicle.

Plants on his vehicle's rooftop protect passengers from the direct sunlight. So far, Kumar’s garden has almost 25 types of plants, such as tomatoes, okra, snake gourd, and spinach.
