Eight people were killed and atleast 59 injured in Mumbai's Ghatkopar area after an iron hoarding collapsed on the petrol pump during an unusual dust storm in the city on Monday afternoon. Several are still feared trapped, news agency PTI said, quoting officials.
Mumbai witnessed a never seen before dust storm, gusty winds and rain crippling air, road and other mode of transport.

In another incident, an autorickshaw driver was critically injured after a coconut tree fell on the vehicle due to gusty winds amid rains in Mumbai on Monday afternoon.
Meanwhile, flight operations at Mumbai airport remained suspended for more than one hour due to inclement weather and dust storms.
Resulting in as many as 15 flights getting diverted to different airports
Operations later resumed at 5.03 pm, the airport operator said in the statement.
