Senior Congress leader P Chidambaram has said that he may have suffered a hairline fracture after what he described as 'three big, burly policemen' crashed into him during protests on Monday.
The former finance minister had marched to the ED with the rest of his party colleagues to protest against summons issued to Rahul Gandhi in the National Herald case.
Chidambaram said that if it is a hairline fracture it would heal by itself in 10 days according to his doctors.
The Congress leader did not name where he has suffered the injury but according news agency ANI he has a fracture in his left rib.
