On camera: traffic policeman dragged on bonnet of car in Jodhpur

In Jodhpur, a traffic policeman was dragged on the bonnet of a car after the driver was cautioned for not wearing a seat belt.  
 
The incident was captured on a closed-circuit television camera and the footage shows a white car driving away with a traffic official stuck precariously on its bonnet. 
 
Reports said the traffic constable was dragged for a distance of 500 metres. 
The footage showed passers-by looked stunned by the sight of the traffic official being carried away on the bonnet of the car.
