A 24-year-old police constable died during a gym workout in Hyderabad.
The CCTV footage from February 23 shows Vishal performing push-ups and other exercises when he suddenly collapses on the ground. The trainer also tries to revive him but to no avail.
Vishal was reportedly taken to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him dead.
As per a data by National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), one-fifth of all deaths in India are due to heart attacks, cardiac arrests, and strokes, including in the younger age group.
The percentage of Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SDA) has gone up in recent years with deaths more prevalent among the younger age group. Earlier, SDAs were more common in people over 70 years of age, NDTV reported.
