Leaders of several major political parties met in Patna, Bihar on June 23 to discuss a possible joint strategy for the 2024 Lok Sabha election.
Organised by Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, the meeting was attended by more than 15 Opposition parties, as per the news agency ANI.
These included West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann, and Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren.
Congress leaders Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi, NCP chief Sharad Pawar, and Mehbooba Mufti and Omar Abdullah from Jammu and Kashmir attended the meeting.
Former Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray and ex-CM of UP Akhilesh Yadav were also part of the discussions.
