14 Opposition parties move SC over 'arbitrary use' of CBI, ED

Fourteen Opposition parties including the Congress approached the Supreme Court on Friday over 'arbitrary use' of the CBI and Enforcement Directorate against its leaders. The Indian Express reported.

Appearing on behalf of the opposition parties, including DMK, RJD, BRS and the Trinamool Congress, senior advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi told a Bench presided over by Chief Justice of India D Y Chandrachud that 95 per cent of the cases filed by were against leaders of Opposition parties.

The matter will be heard on April 5
