Aam Aadmi Party has alleged that the BJP is trying to topple the Delhi government. Delhi Minister Atishi said that seven AAP MLAs have been offered ₹25 crore each to join BJP.

"Operation Lotus 2.0 has started. BJP is trying to topple the elected government in Delhi. In the last few days, seven AAP MLAs have been contacted by BJP. BJP told them that Arvind Kejriwal is going to be arrested after which they will break AAP MLAs," said Atishi, addressing a press conference.

"[BJP] said they are in touch with 21 AAP MLAs through whom they will topple the Delhi government. BJP has offered ₹25 crore each to our seven MLAs," she added.

Atishi further said that 'Operation Lotus' is a tactic used by the BJP to come into power in states, where they are not democratically elected like in Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, Arunachal Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal also posted on 'X' that seven of his party MLAs had been contacted by "them" and warned that the AAP convener would be arrested soon.
