The CBI arrested Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the liquor policy case on Wednesday after a court gave permission for it.
Before a formal arrest, the central probe agency was allowed by the Delhi court to question the Aam Aadmi Party chief in the adjoining room.
This comes a day after the CBI questioned Kejriwal in Tihar Jail.
On Tuesday, AAP leader Sanjay Singh alleged that the BJP has hatched a conspiracy with CBI officers to frame Kejriwal in a fake case.
