'He is not Modi but Pag...': WB Cong chief Adhir Ranjan's dig sparks row

West Bengal Congress unit President Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary has sparked a row with his latest jibe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi. 

Chowdhary while speaking on the issue of Rs. 2000 Currency Notes, allegedly got abusive and called PM Modi as 'Pagla Modi'. 

In a video shared by news agency ANI, the WB Congress chief initially used derogatory words to describe himself and later referred to PM Modi as "mad" in the context of the people calling the PM mad.
