Neiphiu Rio sworn in as Nagaland CM for fifth time, PM Modi attends

Neiphiu Rio took oath as the chief minister of Nagaland for the fifth straight term in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah in Kohima.

Rio heads the Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party which won 25 seats while its ally BJP won 12 seats in the 60-member Assembly during the recently concluded Nagaland elections.
