A day after his Lok Sabha speech, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday addressed the Rajya Sabha.
As the prime minister spoke, members of the Opposition attempted to disrupt the House, shouting and raising slogans frequently.
Opposition MPs raised slogans of 'LoP ko bolne do'. They alleged that the Leader of the Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge was not allowed to speak.
