On the second day of the mega Opposition meeting in Bengaluru, Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge addressed the issue of many of the participating parties contesting against each other at the state and local levels.
Kharge on July 18 reportedly said that everyone is aware of the tensions at the state level, but these are not ideological differences.
The Congress chief added that the differences are not big enough to not be put aside for the sake of the people, the middle class, the youth, and the poor.
Kharge said that the Opposition parties must unite to help Dalits, tribals, and minorities whose rights are being crushed silently, as per news agency ANI.
