PM Modi, President, others pay tribute to Atal Bihari Vajpayee on death anniversary

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, President Droupadi Murmu, Home Minister Amit Shah, and other senior Constitutional figures and government functionaries paid tributes to former PM late Atal Bihari Vajpayee on August 16.

They visited the 'Sadaiv Atal' memorial in Delhi to pay their respects on the ex-PM's 5th death anniversary.

Modi said that Vajpayee had played a pivotal role in boosting India’s progress and taking it to the 21st century in a wide range of sectors.
