Sachin Pilot announces 1-day hunger strike to urge Ashok Gehlot to act against corrupt

Congress leader Sachin Pilot has announced that he will sit on a hunger strike for a day on April 11 to spur Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot to act corruption in the state. Pilot said that Gehlot and him had made several corruption allegations against former chief minister Vasundhara Raje but after Congress came to power in Rajasthan no action has been taken against her. 

He added that the people of the state should not think the Congress government only makes empty promises and does not act against corruption. 

Pilot said he has written to the chief minister several times but has not received even a single reply till now.
