Day after it issued an auction notice, the Bank of Baroda on August 21 withdrew the sale notice for actor and BJP MP Sunny Deol's Mumbai bungalow.

Detailing the reason, the Bank in a fresh notice posted on X formerly known as Twitter said, the auction notice was primarily withdrawn due to technical reasons, adding that the actor has approached the bank to settle dues.

The Bank further said the notice was based on a symbolic possession of the property.

As per multiple reports, Deol's property was put on sale to recover dues worth Rs 56 crore.
