In a shocking incident, Bhartiya Janata Party’s former MP and Tamil Nadu state vice-president Sasikala Pushpa was allegedly sexually harassed by another party leader during an event in Tamil Nadu.
A video clip of the incident surfaced after it was shared by DMK IT Wing State Deputy Secretary Isai Dhatchinamurthy on his social media platform.
The slow motion video shared by Isai Dhatchinamurthy focuses on BJP State General Secretary Pon Balaganapathy’s hand movement. The clip shows him holding Sasikala Pushpa's saree as she tries to pull it away. He then tries to nudge her by touching her left arm.
The video was apparently, taken during an event in Ramanathapuram district where Sasikala Pushpa had visited to pay respects to Dalit leader and freedom fighter Immanuel Sekaran on his death anniversary.
The saffron party leader, however, has not yet reacted to the video.
