DSP Dalbir Singh, an Arjuna awardee, was found dead near Basti Bawa Khel, Jalandhar, on Monday. He was reportedly hit by a vehicle after being dropped near a bus stand on Sunday night. Police are examining CCTV footage and questioning his last known associates. Singh recently made news for a viral video showing him in a scuffle while brandishing a gun in Jalandhar's Mand area.
