Chlorine cylinder leaks in Dehradun, people face difficulty in breathing

People faced difficulty in breathing after a chlorine cylinder kept in empty plot in a Dehradun neighbourhood started leaking. 

The local police, fire fighters, NDRF and SDRF teams reached the spot and took measures to dispose the cylinder safely. Senior officials said that the residents were moved to safer places.
