Ayodhya gears up to celebrate Ram Navami Mela

Uttar Pradesh Chief Secretary Durga Shankar Mishra, and the Director General of Police, Prashant Kumar held a review meeting with district administration officials regarding the security and preparations for the Ram Navami Fair, scheduled to be held on April 17. 

The fair will be organised at the Ram Temple premises. 

During the meeting, the chief secretary mentioned that immediate instructions from senior officials regarding the Ram Navami Fair are to be implemented, and directives have been issued to ensure all arrangements are in place.

Instructions were also given to arrange accommodation, medical facilities, and other necessities for the devotees expected to visit Ayodhya during the Ram Navami Fair.

It is estimated that nearly fifty lakh devotees will visit Ayodhya during the festival of Ram Navami Fair.
